What the Home gives every child

The Seeds of Hope Home occupies the house of the late Bishop Zacharie Melki in Harissa, on the heights overlooking the Mediterranean. Opened in 1990, it welcomes children aged 5 to 15 who are orphaned or whose families cannot provide for their well-being or education.

A house that has become too small

In its current state, the house can only welcome about twenty children. With the crisis Lebanon is going through, the needs keep growing. That is the purpose of our future project: to restore and restructure the house so it can welcome about forty.

A monthly gift lets the Home carry out its mission steadily, all year round.
