Who is responsible
The Saint-Zacharie Association publishes this website. For any question about your personal information, or to exercise your rights, write to the person in charge of the protection of personal information: info@stzacharie.org.
When you visit the site
The site uses no cookies and no tracking or analytics tools. Only Zeffy’s donation form sets some (see below). Our host, Vercel, processes technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, to run and protect the site.
When you write to us
The contact form sends us your name, your email, the topic you chose and your message by email, through the email service Resend. We use them only to answer you.
When you make a gift
Gifts go through Zeffy, a donation platform for nonprofits. Zeffy collects what the payment and the receipt need, such as your name, email and payment details, and handles them under its own privacy policy. Its form appears in our page from zeffy.com. Zeffy and the services it uses in that form, for payment, fraud protection and audience measurement, may set their own cookies, covered by Zeffy’s privacy policy. Your payment details never pass through our site.
Where your information is kept
Vercel and Resend are companies based in the United States: the information they handle for us may be kept outside Quebec and Canada.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to withdraw your consent. Write to us at info@stzacharie.org.
